使用 VS Code 进行 git commit 一直加载

问题

在 VS Code 的 Source Control 界面点击 commit 后，卡住，一直不能成功 commit：

依次点击 VS Code 菜单栏的 File - Preferences - Settings，搜索 Use Editor As Commit Input，取消勾选。
